ATTENDEE BAG INSERT:
Include company literature, promotional items, and giveaways in the attendee registration packets. We will place up to two lightweight items in the bags for attendees as they register. Include invitations to visit your booth or announcements of product demonstrations or other giveaways. This is a great way to ensure you reach everyone in attendance at METMP EXPO

DVD CONFERENCE PR0CEEDINGS:
Put your company artwork on the item that all conference delegates take home – the conference proceedings on DVD-ROM. Not only will your company logo sit on everyone’s desk once they return from the event, but you also have a window to your homepage every time the DVD-ROM is used.($15,500.00) Limit two sponsors.
CONFERENCE COFFEE BREAK
For great conference visibility, sponsor the session coffee breaks. You can choose to sponsor the coffee breaks OF entire 5 or select one
($11000 for the entire 4 or select one day at $3500 Limit one COFFEE BREAK sponsor.
DELEGATE LUNCHES:
This sponsorship will allow for you to provide brochures and/or giveaways for the attendees on the lunch tables. Logo table signage will be provided. This is an exciting new sponsorship opportunity.THE MC WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THE SPONSORS

ATTENDEE BAGS:
First impressions are lasting ones! Sponsors will have their company logo included on an attractive bag that is provided to attendees upon registration.

NAME BADGE LANYARDS:
Gain maximum visibility with colorful badge lanyards displaying your company name and/or logo. WE will distribute the neck cords during registration.
($15000) OR supply your own lanyards for US$-8000 plus lanyards. Limit one sponsor.
Event Name Tags
All event participants are given an identification name tag. Your company's colour logo will be exclusively printed in full colour across the front of all name tags distributed to every event participant throughout the event.
Sponsorship is US$11000. This does not include lanyard sponsorship.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception is first of two evening social functions at the Official Hotel. All participants and spouses enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow industry colleagues and friends during a relaxed sociable evening with food, drinks and entertainment. The Sponsor is invited to say words of welcome during the function and have marketing materials and branding throughout the function. All arrangements are taken care of by the organisers. Sponsorship is US$-16000
Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner is the second of evening function and is the social highlight of the event. All participants and spouses enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow industry colleagues and friends throughout a seated dinner with wonderful local food, drinks and entertainment. The Sponsor is invited to say a few words of welcome and have marketing materials and branding throughout the function. All arrangements are taken care of by the organisers. Sponsorship is US$-18000
Conference and Exhibition Directional Signage
Your company's latest full colour logo is exclusively printed across the front of all directional signages throughout the Exhibition and Conference. Sponsorship is US$-8000
Company Banners or Posters
Your company can have 3 full-sized indoor banners positioned in high traffic areas i.e. in front of the Event Registration Desk, outside the Conference hall and inside the Exhibition area. Sponsorship is US$3500 per 3 banners.
